In the thick of it, not just on the sidelines
Growing up in a family business, my apprenticeship didn't begin with a date on paper. I was there, in the thick of it, always. Besides shortened apprenticeships and participating in the examination board, I had the opportunity to take part in the National Best Apprentice Competition. The resulting scholarship for gifted students was my ticket to take my craft to the next level.

In Leipzig, I completed my training as the top graduate of my year and the youngest master craftswoman in Germany. My master project was titled ‘Craftsmanship Has a Golden Floor’ – a conviction that guides me to this day. It was proof that age doesn't matter when dedication to the craft is absolute.

Strategy meets Passion
This was followed by a period of intense focus on the family business. We were repeatedly recognized as one of the best craft businesses in Germany. I strategically rebuilt and developed the brand, which led to annual profit increases and eventually to the acquisition and physical restructuring of the business. Here I learned how to create a desirable brand without ever chasing trends.

A Face for the Region
My work did not go unnoticed. I received regional young entrepreneur awards, was appointed ambassador of the Ore Mountains, and am now a face of the 'So geht sächsisch' campaign. I received the environmental award for my sustainable visions and was nominated for numerous awards for my social and professional contributions.

Today, I not only run my own catering business, but I am also booked worldwide by visionary entrepreneurs. I immerse myself in customer experiences, develop CI food strategies, and offer fresh perspectives. My goal is to connect worlds and provide leaders with guidance on a path where success and ease are not opposites.
